چکیده
The presented research, comprising characterization of nine species the wild rose (Rosa L.), came from various regions Northern Iraq. study proceeded in 2021–2022 at College Education Pure Science, University Mosul, Employing random amplification polymorphism DNA (RAPD) helped determine genetic variation relationships among using statistical program Numerical Taxonomy and Multivariate Analysis System (NTSYSpc 2.02). use 10 primers attained amplifications observed with agarose gel electrophoresis. RAPD generated 523 bands, making it possible to separate Rosa each other. Among studied species, distance ranged 0.067 1.027. least dimension (0.067) canina var. deseglisei canina, highest breadth reaching 1.027 between x centifolia foetida. dendrogram revealed three main clusters based on values, third one getting split into distinct groups. proved as an effective method for studying relatedness species.

Towards a FISH-based karyotype of Rosa L. (Rosaceae)
The genus Rosa Linnaeus, 1753 has important economic value in ornamental sector and many breeding activities are going on supported by molecular studies. However, the cytogenetic studies of rose species are scarce and mainly focused on chromosome counting and chromosome morphology-based karyotyping. Due to the small size of the chromosomes and a high frequency of polyploidy in the genus, karyot...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotypes Using RAPD and ISSR Molecular Markers
The importance of grain cultivation especially wheat is obvious in terms of providing human and animal food and its impact on the economy of human societies. The reduction of genetic diversity in cultivars prevents increasing yields in line with rising demand and consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the compatibility of them and increase their genetic extent. In the current, the g...

Genetic variability of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) cultured in Iran using molecular RAPD markers
In the present study we evaluated the amount and distribution of genetic variation by using RAPD marker variation of 12 markers loci in three broodstock groups of rainbow trout. A total of 47 polymorphic bands were observed in Iranian strain, average number of bands was 10 and average number of polymorphic bands per primer was 3.92. The total detected bands in rainbow trout strain originated fr...
